- For Paper I (Secondary Level): Candidates must possess a Degree or Postgraduate (PG) in the relevant discipline along with a B.Ed, B.A.Ed./ B.Sc.Ed.

Bihar STET Age Limit
The minimum age of candidates should not be less than 21 years. The maximum age varies depending on the category:

- For UR Female: 40 years
- For Backward Class (BC), Economically Backward Class (EBC), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories: 42 years
